StillWithMe processes your uploaded pet photo to create an AI-generated pet memory video. This notice explains what the beta stores and why.

What we process

The pet photo you upload.
Generated keyframes, video links, work ID, size/ratio, job status, and timestamps.
Your beta email if you sign in, join the waitlist, submit feedback, or buy a memory plan.
Order records, payment provider order IDs, plan IDs, and credit balances.
Feedback, support context, and failure information used to improve quality.

How we use it

To generate, store, preview, download, copy, and delete your beta works.
To link memory credits and orders to the email you use on the website.
To troubleshoot failed generations, rate limits, payment issues, and support requests.
To understand beta quality, pricing, and user interest before a wider launch.

Third-party providers

Uploaded photos and generated outputs may be sent to model and payment providers such as Replicate and PayPal. Their temporary files, logs, and payment records may follow their own retention policies.

Delete your work

You can delete work records and uploaded originals from the preview area or library. Contact support if you need help with account-linked records. Remote temporary files created by providers may follow provider retention rules.
