Support, credits, and refund policy

StillWithMe is in public beta. We are opening access carefully so we can improve generation quality, support real users, and avoid overpromising what AI can do.

Live wallpaper generation issues

• StillWithMe is optimized for pet live wallpapers. Use one clear close-up pet photo for the best chance.
• Side views, blurry photos, distant full-body shots, hidden faces, multiple subjects, non-pet photos, or unauthorized photos can produce weak likeness, odd motion, or failed results.
• If you continue after a risk warning, the generation may consume a memory credit because real model cost is used.
• AI results may occasionally contain distorted paws, wrong pose, missing details, unwanted UI-like shapes, or other artifacts.
• If the model blocks a photo for safety reasons, try a clearer ordinary pet portrait without sensitive content.
• If Replicate rate-limits the request, wait a few minutes and try again.

Refunds and credit compensation

During beta, if a paid generation clearly fails because of a system/model issue, we may add a replacement memory credit to your account. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact support and we will review a refund request case by case.

Issues that may qualify for review include: no playable output, a broken or black video, severe distortion, the pet changing into a clearly different animal, obvious UI/text artifacts, or a charge/credit deduction without a returned result.

We generally do not guarantee refunds for subjective preferences such as the motion not being cute enough, the expression not matching your imagination, the action being too small or too large, or results caused by risky source photos after the user chose to continue.

If you believe your source photo followed the requirements and the output has a clear technical defect, contact support with your account email, work ID, and a screenshot or short description.

App status

Android and iPhone apps are planned, but not part of the current beta promise. iPhone support will focus on Live Photo export and setup guidance; we do not promise one-click system wallpaper setup on iPhone.
